O'Charley's

My husband and I went here Friday night for dinner because he had got a gift card for Christmas. The wait was extreme and then the food was mediocre at best!! I don't know if our waitress was new or just very bad, we didn't have salt on the table and we asked her for some she said she would get some, never got it, a manager actually happened to come by to see if we were okay and he took salt from another table to give to us, so now that table doesn't have salt either. When we needed refills we had to ask another server that happened to be walking by for our refills he got them immediately. My mashed potatoes and chicken tenders weren't bad they were okay but my Macaroni and Cheese was very cold. So after deciding I would take most of my leftovers home I also got a piece of apple pie to go, see the picture of what you get for $4.29. We will not be going back to O'Charley's anytime soon,just poor service overall!!!

My wife and I have recently tried this O'Charley's and the past three visits have been exceptional. Our server Britney was very attentive and personable; she truly made our dining experience wonderful. The Manager Jeremy came to our table each time to say hello and check on our service. We will continue to frequent this location and recommend you check it out also. The food was excellent and prepared to our specifications.

I placed an order and picked it up. While picking it up, Brittany, the staff member that helped me, was very polite and went above and beyond what she needed to do to satisfy the customer. I will most likely order from here again, based on this experience. Thank you.

Service was not good. Server forgot food order. Appetizer soup requested before meal.Soup was forgotten. Shrimp and cod batter not done. Waited hour for meal. A couple who came in 30 minutes after us served before us. Pie requested warm was cold. Server nice but talked to much.

Casual and friendly... great atmosphere.. our server, Latisha J, was quick, efficient, accurate, and made our visit such fun. The food was wonderful.. especially the buttermilk battered chicken and fish. Good dining experience!

Never astounding but always good food at a good price.

Absolutely awful! I ordered through Uber eats tonight. I ordered at 6:21. And it arrived at 8:30!!!! The driver was messaging me said she had been waiting there for over a hour for it. Determined to get my spicy jack cheese wedges and my steak which I love I asked her to continue to wait. She was very happy to. I called the restaurant multiple times got no answer. Finally she said it was ready and it was on the way. Once it arrived it was completely cold. My steak was well done when I ordered medium. Cheese wedges completely cold. Fries not edible at all. My husbands burger was hard as a rock from being cold.

The customer service is great! The lady over the phone was super nice and understanding!! I ordered my food from Door Dash and the person delivering the food decided to take a few fries and a roll from my order, before dropping my food off to me. I called the restaurant back and explained the situation, and they gave me my food without charge for the inconvenience. I appreciated that!

Came here for dinner pick up. Over all enjoyed meal and would return for sure. Looks like a good place to dine in after they re open dining room

My dad and I met my brother here for lunch. We are from Toledo. Good variety of menu items. Aaron our server was funny and polite. We all 3 got 3 different entrees and a sampler appetizer. We all 3 thought the food was delicious and good quality. You all know the difference between good and bad quality food at these nice sit down restaurants. Exceeded my expectations and trust me when it comes to food i have high expectations for the prices of food these days. Great experience!
